Abstract
Unemployment became one of the most dangerous problems, which face the
developed and developing countries either. The danger doesn‘t represent an The
continuous increase of the numbers of unemployed persons who reached about one
billion in all over the 'world and that represent wasting human work element rustled the
loss ol the economic resources _
The problem of the study is represented in comparison between the supply of
[ob researchers and the available job opportunities in the economy. This study is
deviled to tour axes:
. The first one concerns about unemployment definition and its types.
- The second one incuses the unemployment problem reasons ,
- The third one deals wish the impact of unemployment on the Egyptian community .
- The fourth one Mechanism of labors and possibility solution of the problem of
unemployment .
- The rapid rural research method were used in the new valley Governorate at Al
Dakahlia and Ap Kharga Centers and the most important autpur‘ts oi this stocky
were the unemployment problem is increasing continuously and the statistic method
which was used to estimate unemployment affects directly on the volume of
unemployment , The methods usual in treatment of the problem are not suitable
with the this problem which leach to bear the family man with heavy burdens in
absence ofjob opportUnities for sons and that led to laten marriage age .
At the end, the study recommends the following:
1. Social guarantee is restricted on the employees . The study suggests expending
the social umbrella to include the whole socrety by reducing demand on government
job opportunities, large ratio of persons .wish job opportunities where as large rates
of persons wish job opportunities were as large rates of persons wish dub
opportunities because of social guarantee .
2. increasing the volume of investments in services ministries to create new job
opportunities( schools, hospitals Etc) which make the Egyptian society to
approach the international levels in students numbers in the grade and the share of
university professer from the students , also number of the patients for each bed
hospitals
3. the loan is divided to fixed and changeable costs and permit period will be different,
also the rate price of fixed casts than the changeable ones .
4 Jobs occupied by the retired persons must be occupies by youth .
5 Reeling retire age for free business to 55 years old intead of 65 years old ,
