Abstract
The agricultural sector has adopted the economic reform policy in Egypt
earlier than the other economic sectors.
Many procedures have been taken to apply the economic reform program in
order to attain the perfect usage of the available economic resources and to
enrich the rates of growth.
The study problem is represented in the application of the economic
reform program in the agricultural sector but such sector is still suffering the
decrease in growth rates in the economic variables of the agricultural
development in Egypt.
The research aim at the major indictors of the Egyptian agricultural
economy before and after applying I the liberalization ( a Inclividualism) and
Reform programs.
. The study focused on recognizing the most important factory affecting
the development Egyptian Agriculture during taro period first period (198"'·
199",) ( before applying the economical reform policies), and secand period
(199r. 200'" )( After applying the economical reform policies ).
The mast important result of this study:
The real value of the annual average incased doing the second
period of the Gross Domestic Product at Factor cost (C.D.P.) , Agricultural
Gross Domestic product at factor cost (A.G.D.P.) ,Agricultural product at
current prices , total cost of agricultural In puts, Agricultural Net income,
Agricultural labor force, Agricultural wager, Agricultural investments, across
investments ,Agricultural loans , Agricultural Medicinal power, international
trade ,cultivated area, crop area,
The real value of the annual average increased during the fist period
of the Agricultural subsidy, cross subsidy chemical fertilizers consumption,
chemical insecticides , Agricultural international trade, agricultural exports,
Agricultural imports ,Agricultural trade Balance , because applying the
liberalization and Reform Policies.
The Major economic indicator of economic liberalization and Reform
policies effecters on the Agricultural Development en Egypt inbreed during
the second particle.
The growth rate of Agricultural gross domestic product at factor cost I
gross domestic product at factor cost (A G D PIG D P ) increased during the
first Period equal that second Period.
The growth rate of agricultural investments I gross investments ,
agricultural labor force , investment agricultural coefficient, productivity per
pound in the agricultural sector, productivity of the agricultural worker in the

agricultural sector I share per crop feeding of agricultural investments I
agricultural warless of crop area, agricultural intensity coefficient, agricultural
export / gross export , in the second period was higher than that of the first
period.
The growth rate of the profit per pound invested in the agricultural
sector , share per crop Fadden of agricultural stupefies I share per crop
Fadden of agricultural loans , agricultural worker of cultivated area in the first
period was higher than that of the second period.
The variables in second period were stable than those of the first
period as indicated bay the (cv) value.
There were significant differences between the two periods for the
most studied variables.
