Abstract
The main objective of this research was studying some variables related to farmers exposure to some agricultural extension methods in Kombanyet Abou Kier village of Kafr EI-Dawar district, EI-Beheira governorate. A Questionnaire was used to collect the needed data for this research through interviewing (120) respondents randomly selected from the village, percentages, frequency tables, means, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient (person) were used to analyze data statistically. The major findings of the research are as follows: Related to the relative importance of extension methods, these methods were ranked in descending order as follows: extension fields, rural television programs ,extension posters , extension meeting, rural radio programs and field visits. Simple correlation analysis showed that there are four significant independent variables that related to farmers exposure to some agricultural extension methods, these variables are: educational level, family farm size, agricultural knowledge level, and extension awareness. The most important problems related to farmers exposure to some agricultural extension methods are as follows: lake of farmers information about some extension methods, inadequate equipments and financial facilities, difficulty of adopting agricultural recommendations transfered by such methods, weak trust between agricultural extension agent and farmers,
and inadequate farmers exposure time for these methods.
