This study aImed at detennining the effect of traning on the agricultural extensional ;,gent competence and some variabtes affectln~ on this competence Data were collected by a questionnaire through personal interview with agricultural extensional Agent in some villages in two districts at EI- Gharbia and EI- Minutiya Governorates Data were analysed by multiple regression correlation and Results showed the effect of the Irai ing on the extensional agent competence was Influenced by some variables such as of his experience and size of his work, communction with the formers, his duration Knowledge and total competence .
