Abstract
The main objective of this research is to study developing and oppling a
scale for Rol of Agricultural extension workers in the mothded <!emol'lstration in
EI-Behlra Governorate.
To accomplish this objective five specific objectives were taken into
consideration:
1- Developing and validity testing a scale to measure degree of role of
respondents.
2- Reid a ppling of the scale for valldlng in messuring degree of role 01
respondents.
3- A study 01 the impact of some variables on degree of respondents role.
4- To deterrnlne the majar problems which lace then in using Demon stration
and solve.
5- To determine the example for effectiveness the extension role.
Data were collected from 115 respondents (39.4%) by using aquestionnaire
through personal inter view in EI Behira govrrnorate Percentage, standard
diviation simple correlation. spearman correlation, multi correlation, multi
regnession were utilizied as statistical means The main findings of the study are
Research resultes revealed lhat the scale is valid and reliable after testing
such - 86 and prediction Ability 81% .
The scale indicated that there Is a Significant positive correlation between
rol of respondent in the demons strauen and each of the lollowing variables: age,
years of extension worf(, level of aspiration, satisfaction of agricultural work, about
satisfactlon and coefficient multi correlation 0.740 Coefficient multi regresions
0.548. No signifcant correlation was found between respondents, role in
demonstration and each of the rollowing variables: Origin, residence.

There are four criteria should be considered in selecting change agent namely:
        educational certificate,      educational specialization.      level of aspiration and
satisfaction about agricultucal work .
