Abstract
The study uses the Malmquist index to measures the efficiency change and technical change for tomatoes production in Egypt and compares it with Spain at 1994-2013. The study finds that the mean of efficiency change and technical change for tomatoes production in Egypt are 0.987 and 1.026 respectively.
