Abstract
This research aimed at detennining the knowledge levels as an
economic small project and as production among the rural female youth
(early adulthood) whom are unemployed yet since they were graduates from
the university, and determining the relationship between their knowledge and
some dependent variables. To achieve the objects; female rural youth were
selected from the agricultural collage graduates during the last five years and
whom are not in work. through the last records of labor office, ministry of
social affairs at Minia City. A sample were selected randomly from a list of
their population, this sample were 92 respondents equal 5% from their
population. Data were collected by a questionnaire with personal interviews.
Mean. standard deviation, coeffident of variance and coefficient of person
correlation were the statistical tools. Main results revealed that the
knowledge level about Mushroom was relatively high for each of the
economic sides of Mushroom project and Mushroom project as production
and management. There are a significant positive correlation between
knowledge about economic aspect and each of family size and motives
towards implementing Mushroom project. There are also a significant
positive correlation between the knowledge about production and
management of Mushroom project and motives toward applying this small
project. Practical recommendations were drawn.
