Abstract
This Research aimed at determing the difference be een agric.
Extension supervisors attitudes levels toward organizational I novatrvness
and determing the relationship between these levels and each of some
structural and behavioral vansoles. A Random sample were selected fror:1 tne
population of the Ext. Supervisors in Gharbia and Oakahlia. ~UCh sample
were amounted 85 equal to 30 percentages from their p pulation. A
Questionnaire With interview was designed to provide data, C 12 was the
statistical tools for analysis data.
Main results revealed that: There was a significant difference
between the respondents level of their attitudes toward organization
        ~novation.                                                                                                   I
The relationship was significant With each c.i levels Of clarity of
responsibility , and formality levels. But each of the rest of t e follOWing
variables was not significant· Clarity of the org. structure satisfa non toward
reward system , motivation system, internal relations atmosph re . conflict
occurrence , self developing . autonomy, graduatton period, emoloyment in
ext Jobs period , years of working as an ext supervisor, sUPE:lrvisor span
and numbers or attending training courses
